Hainan Airlines invites you to celebrate its 5th Anniversary
Hainan Airlines launched its first non-stop flight between Beijing-Toronto-Beijing on November 27, 2010, which also marked the 40th anniversary of Canada-China Diplomatic Relationship between the two countries.
From a modest beginning of three weekly flights with an Airbus A-340, passengers were now able to experience a SKYTRAX 5-star-airline. With the arrival of our Boeing 787 – Dreamliner on May 1st, 2014, Hainan Airlines was pleased to announce its daily operation between Toronto and Beijing with a configuration of 36 business class (flat beds) and 176 economy class seats.
In order to celebrate our 5th anniversary, Hainan Airlines would like to take this opportunity to extend our sincere appreciation to those who shared this great, exciting and memorable day of November 27, 2010, by inviting you to participate in our celebration by sharing some of your recollections of our maiden flight.
Therefore, starting today until November 27, 2015, whether you were a passenger, staff member, media member, a guest or simply in attendance, November 27, 2010, and if you could share with us some of the memorabilia like a flight ticket, a boarding pass, photos, clips, post on WeChat, Weibo and/or Facebook or any other form of memory dated November 27, 2010, we would like to hear from you. All the participants will receive a special gift and the best five (5) participants will be invited to attend a lucky draw on November 27, 2015 at Toronto Pearson Airport.
Items that we are looking for are as follows: Flight ticket(s) or boarding pass of HU7975/7976 dated November 27, 2010, any pictures/photos, media reports, memory of your flight in 200 words or less with photos preferably.
